ISDocs2Web is an application for the company documents’ electronic management.
Through a guided scanning procedure (and relative index) is possible to convert the normal paper documents in electronic documents.
The electronic documents such created will be consulted, changeable or exported with a simple click and published on a Web portal for the remote consultation.
ISDocs2Web is a Multi business, Multi branch e Multi Product application: it can manage various document ‘s typologies and to guarantee various information’s visibility levels .
To the document, computerized through a scanner with tape and/or reel, the necessary informations will be associated from the applications through a index mask.
The index mask is completely dynamic e customizable through a configuration’s file XML. That means the number , name and field type (as well as the control to be made on the inserted informations) which can be define in various ways for every document’s typology . ISDocs2Web therefore it makes possibile a guided information’s introduction from the most disparate typologies.
If the company asks i twill be possibile to publicize the documents directly on the Web portal of ISDocs2Web for farther consultation.
Among the presented functions on the portal we remind you:
-portfolio research (research of any document on base of the introduction of some selected priciples)
- death archive search (research of any documents of which the informations are not recognized and therefore they are "non identified file")
-modification & cancellation (change stored documents)
-Users update (defination of the users and of the rights in base of the company, to the branch and to the product’s competence)
