Network is the portal born from the collaboration between iSolutions and CPL Concordia.
The product is aimed to company Utilities (suppliers of gas, water, electric-power) and allows to automatize many of the typical operations of a counter.
Three different levels are provided to access to the portal:
1) Guest (not a client yet ofUtilities)
user can consult the institutional part of the site and use the following functions:
- wiring request
- activation request
- transfer request
- rates consultation (variable for every municipality)
- forward complains
2) User (customers of theUtilities registered and authentic)
the user is qualified to all the Guest functions. Moreover he can use, in the field of his supply, the following functions:
- Selfreading of meter and relative sending information
- Request / revoke of the billing domiciliation
- Request / revoke from bill’s sending via mail
- Billing’s correction or verification
- Payment visualization
- Bill’s online payment
- Consumption Visualization
- Request facilitated tax

3) Operator (dependent fromUtilities)
The perator can execute all the activities without any limitations and on any user, plus he has the possibilty to change, eliminate and avoid the inserted requests from other operators.
