Substitutive optical conservation service
eCons stands for "Substitutive Electronic conservation" was born afterwards for the electronic billing’s latest rules’ necessity:
:
- D. Lgs 52/2004;
- Deliberation CNIPA 11/2004;
- D.M. ECONOMIC AND FINANCE 23/01/04.
eCons occupies of informatic documents’ management and conservation which the company can finally substitute to the traditional documents papers, keeping always the same legal and fiscal values.
It can also eliminate the obligation of keeping, for the law’s provided terms, the own paper copy of all the produced documents(bills, pay coupons, register vat, etc...) and received(supplier’s bills, banking account, etc..) from the company, even in the paper form.
eCons allows, through appending digital signature (authentic and integrity guarantee) and temporal brand (date’s certainty guarantee), to transform the paper documents and digitals in true informatic documents as expected from specific rules.

Functioning
The application eCONS allows the substitutive optical holders’ creation (CD or DVD), that can be consulted through an appropriate application (eCD) inserted in the same holders.
Using a normal CD player in fact it is possible to make rapid researches and effective and, thanks to a research key, agreed in phase of service activation (e.g.: document number, business name, amount, characters streak, etc) the system provides to visualize the document researched in PDF and P7M format allowing directly its print.
The contained images file in the CD can also be downloaded in the company’s informative system and can be available to the other users.
