"ISRETREAT": CINQUALE 2022

September 15, 2022 marked the end of the second summer retreat, in which in Cinquale in the province of Massa-Carrara, all iSolutions team members took turns working remotely in a unique location. This experience allowed the team to team up, cultivating personal relationships, stimulating teamwork, productivity and constantly sharing knowledge and skills.

For Davender, it was a team-building moment and one that stimulated getting to know the new additions to the iSolutions team: "Wonderful experience, a new and alternative way of working offered by ISolutions. This experience allowed me to get to know new colleagues better and do team building with long-time colleagues."
A growth experience on many fronts, also evidenced by Roberto's words, "A modern work opportunity given by a company that continues to update itself every year, not stopping at a "classic" office work system that would not reflect the evolutions of its products and all the employees that continue to grow within it."
Finally, for others, like Walter, it was an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues but also to visit new territories: "In a different climate from the office, I worked in serenity, went on excursions, visited cities and spent beautiful evenings with friends, discovering a land that was foreign to me. An experience I would do again a hundred times!"
