The fierce competition present in today's gaming industry is generating increasing emphasis on player retention tools.

In an effort to provide its customers with an even more retention-focused product, iSolutions has developed a new feature called "Freebets" for the iSBets sportsbook software. This implementation allows bookmakers to configure bonus campaigns that have a percentage probability of awarding a Freebet, whenever the player places a real bet; by meeting certain limits, the player can later use the Freebet to place a bet of a predefined amount. The generation logic and amount of Freebets are fully customizable, so as to provide maximum flexibility to the bookmaker and, at the same time, the usage requirements are configurable to allow total control.

Importantly, this functionality is not only dedicated to online channels but is also available for retail, providing shops with additional appeal to the user base.
