On May 10, iSolutions was at the Microsoft headquarters in Milan with the CPL Concordia Group to present services developed by the multi utility company from the Emilia Romagna region.

The occasion was the "Smart Billing & Customer Care" workshop dedicated to innovative solutions for utilities, in which CPL presented CRMission, a new Customer Relationship Management software developed on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and designed for the gas and electricity market. In addition to the new CRM, other outsourcing services by CPL were presented to companies in the energy market, and time was also devoted to technical and regulatory updates, essential for all companies moving in an increasingly smart direction.
