CODEMOTION - HR MEETS DEV

On May 5, 2022 in Milan, iSolutions participated in the event "HR Meets Dev", organized by Codemotion, the largest tech community in Europe with more than 200,000 developers.

For any software house interested in hiring new tech profiles, in a market in full ferment, the challenge has always been twofold: intercepting professionals open to new job opportunities and finding them through traditional channels. In light of this scenario, the various speakers from the HR and Dev worlds shared their experience (methods, best practices, do's and don'ts) with the aim of sharing with the participants the processes implemented in the company to attract, enhance and retain tech talents.

The meeting, extremely interesting, has provided various insights and confirmations, which will be applied in the processes already in place in iSolutions, improving and further evolving the phase of recruiting and resource management, keys to the generation of new value in the company.
