●     Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request the deletion of your personal data if there is no valid reason for us to continue processing it, for example where you have exercised your right to object (see below), in case of unlawful processing, or where deletion is required by law. Please note that we may not always be able to comply with your request due to specific legal obligations, which we will inform you of, where applicable, at the time of your request.

●     Right to restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request a temporary suspension of the processing of your personal data in the following situations:
 (a) you contest the accuracy of the data (pending verification);
 (b) the processing is unlawful, but you do not want the data to be deleted;
 (c) you need the data to be retained (though we no longer require it) in order to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;

●     Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, where the processing is based on our legitimate interests.

●     Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 GDPR): You may withdraw your consent at any time through the consent management area, which displays your previously given choices. Withdrawal of consent will stop the use of analytics, profiling, and marketing cookies, without affecting your ability to browse the website.

Users may exercise their rights by contacting the Controller at the address above or by email, clearly specifying the subject of the request, the right being exercised, and attaching a copy of a valid ID.

Lodging a complaint
 Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority if they believe that their data is being processed in violation of the GDPR (Art. 77).

Automated decision-making
 The Controller does not carry out any automated decision-making processes on the data collected.
