PI PLANNING Q3 2023

New quarter, new planning.

iSolutions' development, IT, support, and sales teams gathered for two days of in-person strategic planning. During this event, stakeholders collaborated to produce an agreed plan for Q3 2023 that will guide iSolutions' product portfolio development efforts over the next 3 months.

The goal, which was achieved, of PI Planning, was to define the initiatives, projects, and technologies needed to evolve the company's proprietary applications and meet the changing needs of the market; new product enhancements, new custom features for customers, and technical transformations were thus the focus and backbone of the discussion.

These planning moments, as has been the case in the past, proved to be the key to success in the relentless improvement of the services provided by iSolutions, allowing the company to anticipate future challenges and plan the resources needed to achieve goals. Thus, iSolutions is ready to face the new quarter with enthusiasm and cohesion, strengthened by a clear, shared and challenging plan.
