iSolutions has always had a dedicated focus on employee training, so much so that we have established our very own Academy, a structured and specific training program for every new colleague who joins us aboard the iS ship.
This experience allows newcomers to achieve a broad understanding of the advanced software technologies applied to online gaming platforms.
The Academy aims at accompanying newly hired employees in becoming operational within the shortest possible timeframe and enabling them to work effectively and productively in their various reference Teams from the get-go.
The Academy program is structured as follows: for all new hires (junior technicians, senior technicians, sales, administrative, etc...) there is an initial path called "ON BOARDING" which lasts about one month. In this phase two Line Managers from the Support Department illustrate the characteristics of the sector, the activity of the company, the internal organization, the main functions of our software and, last but not least, the ISO 9001 quality procedures, the 231 organizational model and the values that have always distinguished iSolutions: competence, responsibility, teamwork, determination and passion.
Once the initial path has been completed, a period of operation in the Support department is envisaged for the JUNIOR roles in order to continue the technical training and have initial contact with customers (alongside the senior support staff in opening and managing the problems arising from tickets on the customer’s side). After this period, which can last for a few months, the new colleagues, based on the skills acquired and the aptitudes demonstrated, are assigned to a department in which they can best express their potential.
SENIOR roles, on the other hand, are ready for direct insertion into the specific work Team after the ON BOARDING phase and skip the Support Department training.
Personnel who are not assigned to technical or production Teams, such as sales, accounting, etc., continue training directly within the Team where they are inserted once the on-boarding phase has been completed.
The professional growth of our staff, who are the true resource of the company, is at the heart of iSolutions' development policy. We invest time and money in the Academy because we believe that quality is achieved also by means of skills and competence.
